Hi there - my name's Chris Malikoff.  Omaroo is my 120-acre (43 hectare) property on the Murrumbidgee River just outside of the alpine town of Cooma in NSW.

I'm a keen amateur astronomer and astro-imager, and operate from both my home in southern Sydney and from here on Omaroo. Please have a look at my gallery pages to see what it is that I do in my spare time. I belong to the Macarthur Astronomical Society, an amateur group based in south-western Sydney as well as the Astronomical Society of NSW.

I also belong to the Land Rover owners Club of Australia (Sydney) and am an avid offroad tourer.

The Pugs you see in my banner are my two dogs Chops (female) and Bongo (male). They're my constant companions and are real characters.
